Working as a team lead at Sony VASG I learned how to effectively organize and support a remote team, improving collaboration and skill sharing, as well as making sure the team feels more connected during the stressful times of Covid - 19 pandemic.
Working with character art outsource at Ubisoft really showed me how to move the production forward while elevating art quality, directing artists to create consistent art at reduced time frames.
As an artist I know exactly what it takes to create art for games, as a producer I know how to support the team through documentation, scheduling choices, streamlining workflows and creating pipelines that benefit the creative process.
My recent successful work with Indie Developers proves that many times all that the team needs is proactive support of someone who can approach a project with both passion for art and organization.
